Individual Therapy
My psychodynamic training and background in parts work (IFS-informed) deeply shape how I approach therapy. I help clients explore the unconscious patterns and early relational wounds that continue to shape their present experience. I’m particularly passionate about supporting clients in getting to know their inner system by differentiating protective strategies from vulnerable parts, making space for more authentic self-leadership. It’s deeply rewarding to see resilience, clarity, and self-compassion emerge as clients learn to relate differently to themselves and move with more courage and confidence through times of change.
Couples Counseling
Along with a foundational approach of psychodynamic theory, I draw from the Gottman approach, parts work, and attachment theory to help partners understand what gets activated in conflict and why, increasing empathy, curiosity, and connection.
