About me
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades as a writer and director in TV, film, and theater. I was also a massage therapist and a nutritional counselor. These experiences required me to stay deeply attuned to human emotion and behavior, story, and the mind–body connection. Originally from New York, I have lived on the Eastside of Los Angeles for the past 20 years, and feel deeply rooted in this community and the diverse lives and families that make it home.
My eclectic background, along with my own major life transitions, has strengthened my belief in our capacity to grow through challenge. I understand how disorienting it can feel to navigate turning points, loss, relational conflict, identity shifts, or the quiet sense that something needs to change. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples through these moments, helping them access their inner wisdom, understand their patterns with compassion, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
In the therapy room, I offer a reflective and grounding presence, inviting clients to slow down, connect inward, and build the self-leadership needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
